Questions, answered
What is the participation fee?
₹24,999 per participant, inclusive of GST. That is the Early Bird price and it covers the retreat and the stay together, not the retreat alone.
What is included?
The two-night stay, all meals, the business sessions, the mastermind discussions, founder networking, and the awards evening. Everything listed in the thirteen above sits inside the fee.
How do I confirm my seat?
By paying in full. Seats are confirmed only after full payment and are allotted on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis, so beginning a booking does not hold a room. Once payment clears, your confirmation, room allocation and the final run of show follow by email and WhatsApp.
Are seats limited?
Yes, and deliberately so. Participation is capped to keep the experience premium and to keep the room small enough that every founder can actually be heard in a mastermind block. It is not a number we stretch to fill.
Will the Early Bird price change?
The Early Bird price of ₹24,999 inclusive of GST applies to a limited number of rooms. Once those are taken, remaining rooms move to standard pricing.
Who else is in the room?
Ambitious D2C founders from the HyperScale tribe, at a range of scales. The room is built to put you next to operators running the same problems you are, and some who are a few turns ahead.

How are rooms allotted?
Twin-sharing for individual participants, and double occupancy for registered couples.
What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in is 2:00 PM on 28 September 2026. Check-out is 12:00 noon on 30 September 2026. The retreat itself runs across 28 and 29 September, so plan travel to land on the 28th and depart on the 30th.
Do I need to arrange travel?
Yes. Travel to and from the venue is arranged by you and is not part of the fee. Everything from check-in to check-out is covered.
What documents are required at check-in?
A valid government-issued photo ID for each guest.
